Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 10 years of healthcare experience, providing telehealth psychiatry and virtual care to patients across New York. My strong medical background helps me recognize the vital link between

mental and physical health, allowing me to deliver thoughtful, integrated psychiatry services rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

I focus on medication management for anxiety and depression, along with adult ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma and PTSD management, using thorough psychiatric assessments, medication management, and supportive therapy for stress, burnout, and mood disorders. I also have particular experience in women’s mental health,

including postpartum depression and the concerns that often go unaddressed in general psychiatric care.

My aim is to foster a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and respected. I believe mental health treatment is most effective when it’s collaborative and personalized

I work closely with each client to develop a tailored

treatment plan that promotes emotional well-being, stability, and an improved quality of life.

All appointments are conducted through secure virtual care, and I accept insurance through Headway, so cost is rarely a barrier to getting started.

My approach to therapy

A collaborative, evidence-based approach to psychiatric care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, and women’s mental health delivered entirely by telehealth, with insurance accepted and clear communication at every step.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. As a PMHNP offering telehealth psychiatry across New York, I’ll ask about your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals to gain a clear understanding of what you’re experiencing.

I take a collaborative and patient-centered approach. Together, we’ll review possible treatment options, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical coping strategies for concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, stress, and mood disorders.

By the end of the session, clients typically leave with greater clarity about their symptoms, a personalized treatment plan, and clear next steps toward improving their mental health and overall well-being. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and confident about your care moving forward.
