Great to meet you!

Are you carrying unresolved pain from childhood trauma, grappling with grief, or feeling stuck in anxiety? I’m here to help you move forward. For over 10 years, I’ve been honored to guide individuals on their healing journeys—specializing in trauma, grief and loss, inner child work, anxiety, and addiction. I’m also EMDR-trained, which can be a powerful tool in processing deep-seated experiences.

My approach to therapy

My style is down-to-earth, caring, and occasionally funny, but I also believe in gently challenging you to step outside your comfort zone. In each session, we’ll explore how past hurts might be affecting you now, and we’ll work on building healthier thought patterns. While it’s normal to avoid painful feelings, I’ll encourage you to face them head-on. That’s often where true healing begins. I take a humanistic approach: meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment or expectation.

What you can expect from me

We’ll collaborate on setting goals, identifying skills to manage distress, and developing deeper self-awareness. It’s an honor to be trusted with someone’s story, and I don’t take that lightly. If you’re ready to leave behind shame and self-doubt, I’m here to walk alongside you. Therapy is a brave step—one I believe can transform your life. Let’s begin your journey together.
