Great to meet you!

I work with motivated individuals and couples who want more than surface-level therapy. Many of my clients appear high-functioning yet feel emotionally overwhelmed or stuck in patterns shaped by trauma, grief, anxiety, or relationship distress. They seek clarity, emotional balance, and lasting change.

My approach is insight-oriented, structured, and emotionally attuned. I hold a PhD in Psychology and an MPhil in Genetics and Computer Sciences, which allows me to integrate scientific understanding with relational and emotional work. I use evidence-based therapy, including EMDR and trauma-informed care, to help clients identify emotional, biological, and behavioral patterns.

I offer hybrid sessions and provide culturally and spiritually sensitive care when relevant. Clients often describe sessions as clarifying, grounding, and purposeful, with a strong focus on emotional understanding, accountability, and sustainable growth through major life and relationship transitions.

My approach to therapy

I help individuals and couples heal from trauma and relationship distress using EMDR therapy and evidence-based couples counseling. My approach is structured, supportive, and focused on emotional clarity, connection, and long-term growth.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a structured, supportive, and collaborative experience. We focus on understanding what brings you to therapy, your goals, and the emotional, behavioral, relational, and trauma-related patterns affecting your mental health.

For individuals and couples, I assess concerns related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship distress while prioritizing emotional safety. Depending on your needs, I may integrate EMDR, CBT, DBT, and mental health coaching to build stability and insight. The first session is not about processing trauma immediately, but about creating clarity, trust, and direction.

Clients leave with a clearer understanding of how therapy or coaching can support their goals, what our work together may look like, and practical tools to feel more grounded, regulated, and supported moving forward.
