Great to meet you!

If you often find yourself overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or trying to hold everything together while carrying more than others realize, you’re not alone. I support teens and young adults as they navigate stress, relationships, family challenges, life transitions, and the process of understanding themselves on a deeper level.

I believe you deserve a space where you can show up as your authentic self without judgment or the pressure to have it all figured out. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, reconnect with who you are, and find a path forward that feels more aligned, confident, and true to you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. Your voice, experiences, and needs matter, and together we’ll create a space where you can explore what you’re going through, understand yourself more deeply, and feel more confident moving forward.

My approach is both supportive and structured. We’ll check in on what feels most important, explore patterns that may be impacting your life, and find practical ways to help you navigate challenges. Whether you need space to process, want new perspectives, or are looking for support through a difficult season, my goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, grounded, and more connected to yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you in. We’ll talk about what’s been feeling difficult, what you’re hoping for, and what support might look like moving forward. You don’t have to have everything figured out or share everything right away, we’ll take things one step at a time.

We’ll begin exploring what feels most important to you and identify a starting point that feels manageable. If it feels helpful, you may leave with a small reflection or strategy to try between sessions. My hope is that you leave feeling welcomed, understood, and a little more hopeful about the journey ahead.
