Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Saiyd. I work with adults who are ready to take an honest look at their lives and start making meaningful changes. Many of the people I work with are navigating challenges related to substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions. Some may also be working through accountability after difficult life choices or involvement with the justice system.

If you’re looking for support that is both understanding and straightforward, I aim to create a space where you can be open about what’s going on while also focusing on real progress and stability.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, practical, and focused on change. Clients often describe me as direct, supportive, and someone who helps them stay accountable to the goals they set for themselves. I believe growth happens when we can look honestly at our patterns, understand what’s driving them, and start building healthier ways of responding.

Together, we’ll focus on identifying what’s not working, strengthening coping skills, and creating clear steps that help you move toward a more stable and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting a clear understanding of what brought you to therapy and what you want your life to look like moving forward. We’ll talk through your current challenges, identify goals that feel meaningful to you, and begin outlining a path toward change.

My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, respected, and more focused on the steps you can take to move forward. Over time, many clients find they feel more in control of their choices, more confident managing challenges, and more stable in their daily lives.
