Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can be difficult, especially when you have been trying to manage everything on your own. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what you are going through.

I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, major life transitions, separation, and divorce. I understand that everyone comes to therapy with a different story, and I believe your experiences deserve to be heard and understood.

My goal is to help you feel less overwhelmed, gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships, and develop the tools and confidence to move forward. Whether you are struggling with your emotional well-being, feeling stuck in a relationship, or trying to navigate a difficult transition, you don't have to go through it alone.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a safe place where you can be honest, vulnerable, and heard without judgment. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Together, we will explore what is happening in your life, identify patterns that may be contributing to your struggles, and work toward practical changes that can help you feel more in control and connected. I believe in building on your existing strengths while helping you develop new ways of coping, communicating, and managing difficult emotions.

When working with couples, I help partners slow down, understand one another more deeply, improve communication, and address patterns that may be creating distance or conflict. For those navigating separation or divorce, therapy can provide a supportive space to process the emotional impact of the transition and find a healthier path forward.

My hope is that you leave therapy feeling understood, empowered, and better equipped to handle life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to begin sharing what has been weighing on you. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, and what you would like to be different in your life or relationships.

You do not need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. I will guide the conversation and give you space to talk at a pace that feels comfortable.

Together, we will begin identifying your goals and discussing how therapy can best support you. My priority is for you to feel comfortable, respected, and understood from the very beginning.
