New Horizons Behavioral Health, PLLC, provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults and teens navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship stress. Our approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your goals—whether you prefer secure telehealth or in-office care. For billing matters, New Horizons Behavioral Health, PLLC partners with Headway as our third-party billing company to verify benefits, process insurance claims, and collect patient responsibility (copays, coinsurance, deductibles) when you use insurance. You may receive onboarding emails, eligibility confirmations, and payment requests from Headway.

Billing

Intake Session/Diagnostic Evaluation—$235

Subsequent 60-minute sessions—$220

Payment & Balances: A valid debit/credit card is required to be kept on file and may be charged for session fees, late-cancel/no-show fees, and approved administrative services (e.g., letters, extended reports, or court-related work—billed at the rates in the current fee schedule and typically payable in advance). Unpaid balances remain your responsibility and may be referred to collections if not resolved.
