I treat adults of all ages across a variety of psychiatric diagnoses, with particular interest in psychotherapy, mood disorders, psychosexual health and LGBT mental health.

My priority in therapy is to create a space where my patients can feel meaningfully seen and heard. I use a psychodynamically oriented, and multimodal approach to therapy, incorporating elements from mindfulness based therapies as well as cognitive behavioural techniques.
