Great to meet you!

Reaching out for help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations and I'm so glad you've found me! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist, I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, difficult relationships, life transitions, and the challenges of growing up — or parenting — through hard seasons. I prioritize creating a space where clients can feel safe enough to be honest about what they're carrying and hold it all with them while helping them to work towards healing and a greater sense of wholeness.

My approach to therapy

I believe most of what brings people to therapy makes sense once we understand where it came from - often rooted in early relationships or past experiences that still shape how we feel and connect today. My approach combines talk therapy with for some, more active, body-based techniques that help you process painful experiences, not just discuss them. I aim to create a space that feels warm and human with an on-going, open invitation for collaboration.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other - no pressure, just an open conversation. I'll ask about what's bringing you to therapy right now and what feels hardest, and we'll spend some time exploring what you're hoping will be different. Together, we'll start shaping goals that feel meaningful to you, not generic checkboxes. There's no right or wrong way to show up - just come as you are, and we'll figure out the rest together.
