Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Salina.Starting therapy may feel daunting. Taking this step shows real courage and a genuine desire for growth. I work with adults and young adults who struggle with anxiety, social anxiety, and self-esteem—especially those who tend to overthink or second-guess themselves.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked in the healthcare field and worked with adults and young adults from diverse backgrounds—many navigating major life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, stress and self-esteem. I understand how isolating these experiences can be, and I want you to know you don’t have to go through this alone.

Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed by it all, or unsure of yourself, you’re in the right place. In sessions, I offer evidence-based tools and strategies so you can gain relief, build confidence, and manage anxiety more effectively. We'll create a plan that feels practical, empowering, and personalized. I help you recognize unhelpful patterns and replace them with more effective ways of thinking and coping so that you can feel better and move forward towards what's most important to you.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness tools. Cognitive Behavioral therapy is considered one of the most effective, and evidenced based treatments for anxiety. At the heart of our time together are core values centered around delivering compassionate care and evidence-based treatment to support you in managing and overcoming your specific challenges.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to make therapy feel like a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. When something feels difficult, I meet you with compassion and acceptance. The heart of my work is helping you develop insight and growth while feeling genuinely cared for. We'll work together to identify goals that feel meaningful to you—whether that's managing anxiety, improving self-esteem, healing relationships, or simply feeling more comfortable with yourself. Together, we'll break things down into small, actionable steps. As we work together, your goals might change, and that's completely normal.
