Hi, I’m Salina.Starting therapy may feel daunting. Taking this step shows real courage and a genuine desire for growth. I work with adults and young adults who struggle with anxiety, social anxiety, and self-esteem—especially those who tend to overthink or second-guess themselves.
Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked in the healthcare field and worked with adults and young adults from diverse backgrounds—many navigating major life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, stress and self-esteem. I understand how isolating these experiences can be, and I want you to know you don’t have to go through this alone.

In sessions, I offer evidence-based tools and strategies so you can gain relief, build confidence, and manage anxiety more effectively. We'll create a plan that feels practical, empowering, and personalized.
