Great to meet you!

In being a Social Worker for over the past 9 years, and as a Mental Health Therapist for 7 of those years, my drive and attraction to treating clients is to help people through painful struggles and provide encouragement and empowerment that would support clients in their healing journey. I enjoy seeing individuals become the best versions of themselves.

My approach to therapy

My communication style during the session is calm and personable. I focus on understanding the client’s needs by providing active listening and feedback, observation and silence for client processing, client expression and reflection, clarification and acceptance. I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients should expect to participate in answering personal questions about themselves, sharing of client’s expectations of therapy, sharing goals for therapy, coping, history of mental health care, and more.
