Great to meet you!

I am passionate about working with adults to learn to navigate big emotions, build healthy and secure relationships, and feel more connected to living a purposeful and fun life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy encompasses processing and understanding our pasts, gaining insight into our current experiences, and making progress towards our most important goals. I use an integrative approach tailored to fit your unique characteristics and goals. I incorporate third-wave cognitive behavioral therapies (like ACT and DBT), multicultural theory, interpersonal process theory, attachment theory, and disability justice.
