Hello. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Florida. I received my masters from Catholic University in Washington DC and have been practicing for 7 years. I help individuals who are struggling with past trauma ( I am EMDR trained) depression, anxiety and lack of fulfillment, find peace in their lives through Buddhist oriented psychology, logo therapy (search for meaning and purpose) and CBT (reframing your negative, unhelpful thoughts into positive, helpful thoughts. I teach therapeutic concepts which are closely aligned to Eckhardt Tolle’s teachings which could very well change your life as it did mine. 🙏✨

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into specific challenges your are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I figure things out quickly and get to the point without a lot of nonsense. I am non judgmental and its important for you to know, I have been where you are in some way.
