A bit about my approach to therapy

I identify with an eclectic approach depending on individual needs. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Commonly utilizing IFS, CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, and MBSR to address the holistic spectrum of healing that is necessary for each client. I also acknowledge and embrace metaphysical/philosophical aspects that help each person on their healing process for a holistic approach that encompasses our diverse and similar experiences.

My style is laid back, occasionally humorous, and serious when the situation denotes this energy. I am compassionate, logical, and solution-focused. Mental health is an inner management issue and anyone can heal and grow.

All I need you to bring are three powerful qualities to the therapeutic space: honesty, openness, and a willingness. Regardless of the specific symptoms or challenges you're facing- whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I believe that true progress is possible when you're open to the process and ready to receive guidance.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. Therapy isn’t about perfection—it’s about discovering your innate worth, reclaiming your voice, and building the confidence to move in the direction of your goals. I’m here to walk with you through that process, providing the guidance, insight, and support you need to overcome barriers and reconnect with your inner strength.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope to make each client feel validated and empowered to make healthy decisions and recognize their innate worth, personal strengths, and their power to heal through whatever life experience has affected them.
