Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with over 15 years of experience supporting adults, teens, and families. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, with a focus on helping clients navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma.

Something in your life or relationships may not be working the way you want it to. Even when you long for connection, it can feel hard to trust, open up, or feel truly safe. You might notice yourself overthinking interactions, second-guessing your choices, or getting stuck in patterns that leave you feeling anxious, distant, or alone.

I work with people who feel caught in these cycles and want more than short-term relief. These patterns aren’t random. They often come from deeper experiences your nervous system has been carrying for a long time.

Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath these patterns and develop strategies that go beyond managing symptoms. You don’t have to keep navigating this on your own.

My approach to therapy

I work with my clients to meet them where they are, providing a personalized approach based on their needs. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and honest. Together, we’ll explore the 'why' behind things, not just the symptoms. My approach is relational and collaborative. I use Attachment-Focused EMDR and evidence-based approaches to help you process what you’ve been through and not just talk about it. Therapy is collaborative, supportive, and paced to feel safe. Together, we’ll understand your patterns, work through what’s underneath them, and build new ways of relating so you can feel more grounded, confident, and secure.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about building trust and understanding between us. I’ll work with you to explore your story, the issues you're facing, and offer initial thoughts on how therapy can help. We will start to identify goals for therapy. Therapy is a collaborative process where you'll feel supported, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and develop lasting strategies for change. Showing up is half the battle, and I’m here to help you let go of what no longer serves you and embrace a happier, more purposeful life.
