Great to meet you!

These sessions are in a judgment free zone. We collaborate on your goals but you are the ultimate driver of this therapy car. We go where you want to go and sometimes I will ask what about the "so and so" and you can say if you are ready to look at certain things that may be painful.

My approach to therapy

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. My experience is in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Health and wellness also factor into our mood if you would like to incorporate better eating and sleep habits into your goals.

What you can expect from me

Reduction of anxiety and depression; increase in self-esteem and a better understanding of how your physiology works with your emotions and the gut/brain axis.
