Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I help clients better understand how past experiences may be shaping their emotions, relationships, and responses in the present and, more importantly, learn how to respond differently.

My approach to therapy

I integrate CBT, DBT, somatic approaches, and EMDR based on each client’s individual needs. I value insight, but I also believe therapy is about turning that insight into meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, trust yourself, and build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin creating a space where you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I’ll also have you complete a few assessments to better understand your current symptoms, needs, and areas you may want to work on.
