Great to meet you!

I work with high-functioning adults who may appear “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns they can’t shift. Many are professionals or women navigating complex relationships, carrying a heavy mental and emotional load. You might be used to showing up for others while feeling disconnected from your own needs. In our work, you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out—we slow things down, get honest about what’s underneath, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I draw from evidence-based practices like ACT while helping you understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

Together, we’ll work to reduce overthinking, shift unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with what matters most to you—so you can move through life with more clarity and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an evaluation.

We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you’ve been carrying alone, and what you’re hoping might feel different. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand the bigger picture, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once.

Most clients leave the first session feeling more clear, less alone, and with a sense of whether this feels like a good fit.
