Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is rooted in natural, holistic, and integrative healing. I believe mental health is deeply connected to the whole person, including the mind, body, emotions, environment, relationships, sleep, stress, nutrition, movement, and daily lifestyle patterns. I approach all concerns through a holistic lens, including anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, I work with clients to understand the full picture of what may be impacting their emotional well-being and overall balance.

I have strong knowledge of nutritional psychology and the connection between food, mood, energy, stress, inflammation, sleep, and mental health. I consider how factors such as circadian rhythm, the gut-brain axis, the vagus nerve, nutrition, and nervous system regulation may influence emotional wellness. I believe that what we eat, how we care for our bodies, how we rest, and the routines we create can all play an important role in supporting mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines this holistic perspective with evidence-based therapeutic tools, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strengths-based counseling, and solution-focused strategies. My style is warm, collaborative, and supportive, while also practical and goal-oriented. I help clients identify patterns, build coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and create realistic changes that support healing in everyday life. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in building healthier emotional, behavioral, and lifestyle patterns.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be warm, supportive, and focused on getting to know the full picture of what brought them to therapy. I use the first session to learn about your current concerns, personal history, goals, strengths, lifestyle, stressors, sleep, nutrition, relationships, and any patterns that may be affecting your emotional wellness.

My approach is holistic and integrative, so we may explore not only symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, or sleep difficulties, but also how the mind and body are connected. This may include discussing circadian rhythm, nutrition, the gut-brain axis, the vagus nerve, nervous system regulation, and daily routines that may be influencing your mental health.

The first session is also a space for you to ask questions, share what you are comfortable with, and begin identifying what you would like to work toward. Together, we will start creating a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with your goals. My priority is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the next steps in your healing process.
