Great to meet you!

I’m Sally—a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Alabama and Florida. I’m also a proud graduate of the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!), where I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work.

I work with adults navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic health issues, and the anxiety that often comes with them. My approach is collaborative and solution-focused—I partner with clients to find practical strategies and support meaningful change. I work best with individuals who are ready to focus on what’s within their control and take thoughtful steps toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

Over the years, I’ve learned that meaningful change starts with feeling safe, respected, and truly heard. I take a person-centered approach, which means I see you as the expert on your own life—and I’m here as a steady, supportive partner to help you clarify where you are, what’s getting in the way, and how to move forward.

I don’t believe in rushing the process, but I also don’t believe in staying stuck. Therapy with me is about building insight, finding practical strategies, and making intentional progress—at a pace that feels both grounded and purposeful. With honesty, curiosity, and a little humor, our work together can help you reconnect with your strengths and create the change you’re ready for.

What you can expect from me

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard. My goal as your therapist is to help you make sense of what you’re feeling while also finding practical strategies that fit your life.

Together, we’ll clarify what’s getting in your way, explore patterns that no longer serve you, and work toward lasting change. You’ll leave sessions with greater clarity, self-awareness, and tools you can actually use—so you can feel more steady, confident, and in control of how you show up in your life.
