I am a bilingual bicultural Mexican-American licensed therapist. It is my passion to help all people who might be going through a difficult time and or have experienced trauma. My goal is to give my clients the coping skills and tools to help them grow and spread their wings. I would like to be able to help as many people as possible to help them hurt less, is any feelings of guilt or shame, and thrive into confident individuals.

I have provided years of therapeutic services to clients of child, abuse, physical, abuse, sexual abuse, and adult adults molested as children. I provided compassion, understanding, support, and validation. My hope is to assist all individuals to live their best life possible.

My approach to therapy

Clients often find that I provide empathy and understanding and unconditional positive regard. I pride myself on being genuine and being authentic and transparent with clients.
