Great to meet you!

My intention is to help you cultivate a renewed sense of wholeness from the inside out. Together, we collaborate to breathe life back into what matters most. My therapeutic style is grounded in curiosity, deep listening, and genuine presence. All parts of you are welcome. Clients often share that they feel deeply seen and cared for when working together.

I’m passionate about the innate intelligence of the body and its natural capacity to heal. With over 10 years of experience in somatic therapy, I’ve witnessed — in myself and others — the profound transformation that occurs when we learn to listen to what the body is communicating. As the saying goes, “our issues are in our tissues.” When we build a compassionate relationship with our body, we open the door to deep and lasting healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and body-led. I offer virtual therapy and in-person customized 1:1 and group retreats for those seeking deeper, immersive healing experiences. My intention is to help you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, cultivate self-compassion, and support lasting transformation from the inside out.

Each person’s healing journey is unique and so I adapt my approach to meet your specific needs and goals. Sometimes that means exploring thoughts and emotions through reflection and dialogue; other times it involves gently tuning into the sensations and stories the body holds.

I believe healing unfolds most naturally in an environment of safety, curiosity, and deep presence. In our work together, we take time each session to check in, drop into the body, and center around what feels most alive and relevant for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on creating a sense of safety and ease. We’ll begin by slowing down together, taking time to arrive, check in, and orient to the space. I’ll invite you to share what brings you here and what you’re hoping to explore or receive support with — there’s no pressure to have it all figured out.

By the end of our session, we’ll collaboratively identify next steps and begin shaping what our work together might look like — rooted in your goals, guided by your body’s wisdom, and supported by presence and care.
