Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker motivated to help people feel heard, valued, and hopeful. I have experience in the healthcare setting working with seniors as well as pediatrics. I have specific experience working with families facing pediatric oncology diagnoses. I also have experience counseling teenagers and young adults facing tough decisions as they navigate new vistas in life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to allow the client to be the expert on their own life and to reflect back to them what I am hearing and sensing. I like to allow the client to lead discussion so that session time is used in the way that would be most helpful to them, while also providing thought-provoking questions to help along the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a new sense of hope for change and to be challenged and empowered to create different outcomes.
