Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of California and has a subspecialty in relationship counseling. My client-centric approach to psychotherapy allows me to develop bespoke, individualized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of my clients. My treatment methods include CBT, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, EFT, and Trauma Focused.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals, couples, families and groups, and my clients include those dealing with mental, emotional, and medical issues not limited to anxiety & depression, burnout (i.e., caregiver, corporate, relationship related), grief/loss, relationship issues, addiction disorders, life transitions, and generational trauma and acculturation issues. My clients receive focused, personalized treatment plans and consultations in HIPAA compliant video sessions.

What you can expect from me

Stigmas and taboos have compelled me to pursue a life's passion and provide support, guidance and empowerment to others struggling to make sense of an invisible illness as we all attempt to break taboos, end archaic patterns, and begin to nurture growth and healing.
