I am a Board-Certified Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 24+ years of nursing experience in critical care and the past 7 years specializing in mental wellness. I received my Master’s and Post Master’s Degree at Georgia State University. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy. My holistic approach encompasses mind, body, and spirit and is tailored to each individual's unique needs and life experiences.

I specialize in working with adults aged 18 and older who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and more. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. I use evidence-based medication management and supportive psychotherapy tailored to your unique needs
