Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Ohio State University. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-esteem difficulties, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I strive to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. My style is active and goal oriented, while also creating space for reflection, self-understanding, and emotional growth. I often incorporate practical strategies and between session exercises to help clients apply what we discuss in therapy to their daily lives. Above all, I aim to create a supportive environment where clients feel understood, challenged in productive ways, and empowered to make lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another and to discuss what brings you to therapy at this point in your life. I work to create a welcoming, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable speaking openly about their concerns, goals, and experiences. Together, we will begin identifying clear goals for therapy and discussing how treatment can be tailored to your individual needs and values. Many clients leave the first session with a greater sense of clarity, direction, and hope about the path forward.
