Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in work with children, teens, and parents. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania's MSW program, I've spent over seven years supporting students and families as a school social worker.

I am also deeply committed to supporting individuals seeking to transform their relationship with substances.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and collaborative. Therapy is a conversation. I am here to support you where you are and help you as navigate whatever challenges you face. I know that therapeutic work can feel daunting and overwhelming. I want you to feel heard, supported, and comfortable. I strongly believe that real change is possible when we've created a space built with room for vulnerability and honest discussion and room for humor.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another. There is nothing more important in therapy than feeling comfortable with your therapist.

My primary goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and heard. We'll take some time to go into your history, answer any questions you may have for me, and set the course for our work together.
