Great to meet you!

I believe that during my 48 years of practice, through hands on experience as well as educational opportunities, I have developed an intervention which I would call a solution- focused, cognitive therapeutic approach.

My approach to therapy

I truly believe in actively engaging clientele rather than sitting back passively and listening to them. I am known as a therapist who challenges clients to initiate and experience change in their lives which will lead to A much more satisfactory quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Clientele can expect that I will actively and respectfully engage them where they are and hopefully guide them to a much better place then when we started. I am certainly client focused and believe that it had some quality of life.
