Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW with over 10 years of counseling experience, I received my masters from Columbia University in clinical social work and completed clinical internships at a Brooklyn middle school and an intensive outpatient center in Manhattan. I spent the last 7 years at that center working with adults 18-35 using evidence based approaches to help them truly realize their full potential.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in many modalities but my approach is primarily relational. I have a warm, natural vibe that creates a relaxed atmosphere and helps you forget you're in therapy.

What you can expect from me

I create an environment that affirms client strengths and focuses on building awareness of self destructive patterns that inhibit growth and happiness.
