Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in helping individuals and couples with anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, life transitions, chronic illnesses including cancer for both patients and caregivers, and bereavement. I have several years experience working in both mental health clinics and the oncology field.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I provide a safe space, where you can openly speak about your feelings and find comfort. With my direct, but empathetic approach, I will work on establishing trust with you in efforts to form a healthy therapeutic relationship. During our sessions, I will focus on client-centered therapeutic interventions which include a mix of CBT, strengths-based approach, motivational interviewing as well as mindfulness and narrative therapy practices.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will work collaboratively to outline your desired goals, and identify ways of achieving such goals in order to help you cope more effectively with your challenges.
