Life is full of uncertainty and change. Uncertainty can bring anxiety, fear of the unknown, and a sense of losing control. Change—even wanted change—can be scary. It can stir up grief, feelings of loss, identity confusion, and overwhelm. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals carrying identity questions, internalized shame, or existential dread. I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, identity questions, chronic worry, relationship patterns, major life transitions, and the "what ifs" that make life feel heavy. I support clients in navigating these challenges with clarity and courage. In addition to being a therapist, I am also a film lover, avid Denver Broncos fan, cat owner, and love to collect vinyl records
My approach blends Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Mind‐Body Bridging to help you understand your patterns, calm your nervous system, and build self-compassion, as well as to strengthen motivation, and respond to stress and uncertainty with calm and confidence so you can create meaningful, lasting change.
You deserve a place where your identity is honored and your story is met with warmth. I strive to create a safe, open, and affirming space as we work collaboratively toward your growth. Your first session is a chance for us to slow down, get to know each other, and understand what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask about what you’ve been navigating, what you hope will feel different, and what support has or hasn’t worked in the past. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — you set the pace. Set up a free 15 minute consultation call with me if you want to explore whether we're a good fit!
