Great to meet you!

Sometimes the strategies that once helped you get through life begin to feel outdated, leaving you searching for more comprehensive ways to find relief and resilience. You may feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, or grief, or find yourself navigating relationship struggles or major life transitions. If you’re part of the LGBTQ+ community, you may also be unlearning old messages and working to live more fully in your authentic self. I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals through these challenges, helping clients relate to themselves with greater compassion and create sustainable change that fosters true relief.

My approach to therapy

As a Certified Somatic Therapist and Registered Art Therapist, I offer an eclectic, holistic, and creative approach. Together, we’ll dismantle beliefs that no longer serve you, build tools for resilience, and nurture self-compassion. Using somatic practices, existential inquiry, creativity and skill-building, we’ll foster lasting peace and joy—on your terms.

What you can expect from me

I know how vulnerable it can feel to seek support. Sometimes, we just need a swim buddy to weather the storm with us; I am here to meet you exactly where you are, and to help you find your way back to shore.
