Great to meet you!
I bring over 20 years of experience as a clinician, educational psychologist, and college professor to my work with clients. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity development, and personal growth. In addition to my clinical practice, I am a tenured college professor, where I teach psychology and counseling-related courses. This dual role allows me to blend real-world clinical insight with a strong foundation in research, theory, and evidence-based practice.
My background in educational psychology means I am especially attuned to how people learn, change, and grow over time. I understand that no two clients are alike, and I value cultural context, life experience, and personal values in the therapeutic process. Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative relationship—one grounded in respect, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to your well-being.
