Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Sam. I work with adults across Massachusetts navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, blending medication management with real conversation and psychoeducation so you always understand the why behind your care. I'd love to partner with you to find what actually works for your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting each client where they are. My approach is collaborative and individualized — I take time to understand your full history, lifestyle, and goals before making any recommendations. I integrate evidence-based psychiatric treatment with a strong emphasis on psychoeducation, so you always understand why we're making the decisions we are. I view medication as one tool among many, and I'm committed to partnering with you to find what truly works for your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation — a conversation where I get to know you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. You can expect to discuss your mental health history, any previous treatments, current medications, and your personal goals for care. I'll ask questions to understand your daily life, relationships, and what's brought you to seek help now. By the end, we'll have a shared understanding of next steps and a plan we've built together. There's no pressure — just an open, judgment-free space to start.
