Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Sam and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Master's from The University of Chicago and I am licensed in Illinois and Washington. I have experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

In my work, I enjoy helping clients develop a uniquely meaningful life, no matter symptoms or circumstance, by practicing openness to internal and external experiences, nurturing mindful presence, and exploring behaviors that lead to deeper engagement with ourselves and others.

What you can expect from me

In session, clients will learn new skills and tools to better manage both internal and external experiences.. We will utilize mindfulness to promote responsiveness, rather than reactiveness, to situations and increase the ability to maintain a nonjudgemental attitude towards ourselves and others. Together we will develop specific goals that will lead to a vibrant and rewarding life.
