Great to meet you!

When scary or uncertain things happen, especially in families with young children, it’s hard to know how to support the littles in your life while you’re also trying to stay afloat. I help both caregivers and children navigate trauma in a way that is supportive for both. For kids, that means using the 'language' of play to express what they don’t have words for yet. When working with adults, whether you’re a caregiver or not, I provide a safe space to process life transitions, anxiety, uncertainty, and overwhelm. Whether you’re navigating parenthood or a major life shift, I’m here to help you find your footing.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate space to help you explore your emotions and who you truly are. I am passionate about supporting people in navigating anxiety, life transitions, breaking old patterns and the complexities that come with the humans experience. I also support children and families through trauma by using play and creating honest, developmentally appropriate narratives.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation between two people. My approach is putting you first to support your goals. I show up as my authentic self so you feel safe enough to do the same.

What you can expect from me

Finding the right therapist can be exciting, difficult, scary, confusing, or all the above and more! If you feel like I could be of support to you, please reach out and we can schedule a call to see if we would be a good fit!
