Great to meet you!

Do you struggle with finding motivation and often find yourself procrastinating on your phone? Do you often feel overwhelmed by your emotions because of all the things you need to do? You might be someone that has a hard time standing up for yourself. This makes it difficult for you to feel understood since you are sometimes considered a pushover. You might be someone that sets a high bar for yourself and then feels disappointed when you're not able to meet your own goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I can help you learn skills to build motivation and learn how to stand up for yourself. I can help you feel confident in your decisions and give you methods for asserting your boundaries. I will give you practical strategies that will help you manage your stress and feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions.

What you can expect from our first session

I have aided clients with issues such as depression, perfectionism, trauma, grief and loss, and anxiety. You can start the process to feeling better now. I invite you to send me an email, visit my website, or call to schedule an intake appointment. I look forward to helping you take the next step in your life.
