Great to meet you!

It’s nice to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make therapy a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan, from young children to adults, and supporting people as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, ADHD, grief, life transitions, and more.

I bring an energetic, warm, and direct approach to therapy. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel supported while also feeling empowered to grow.

I have over five years of experience, primarily in private practice, and earned my Master of Social Work from Indiana University.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provide therapy entirely through virtual sessions, which allows care to be flexible and accessible wherever you are.

If you’re considering therapy and think we might be a good fit, I’d be happy to connect and support you in taking the next step.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and direct. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being honest about what you’re going through while also feeling motivated to make meaningful changes. I work with clients from many different backgrounds and experiences, and I tailor therapy to fit your unique goals and needs. I often draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Together, we’ll focus on building practical skills, increasing insight, and helping you move toward the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, understanding your goals, and exploring what brought you to therapy. I’ll create a supportive, safe space where you feel heard, and we’ll discuss how we can work together to address challenges and build practical tools for growth.
