Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner serving individuals of all ages throughout Wisconsin. I believe mental health care should feel approachable, supportive, and free from judgment. Whether you're seeking help for the first time or returning to care, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and discussing what's on your mind.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, stress, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. I take a collaborative approach to treatment, recognizing that you are the expert on your own experiences. Together, we'll explore your concerns, identify your goals, and develop a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and lifestyle.

What you can expect from me

As a provider, I strive to be open-minded, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I value honest communication and believe that meaningful progress happens when clients feel heard, respected, and involved in their care. My services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing support focused on helping you improve your overall well-being and quality of life.

Seeking help takes courage, and I'm honored to be part of that journey. I look forward to working with you and supporting you in achieving your mental health goals.
