Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging. Whether we’re falling apart, experiencing minor setbacks or even doing relatively well, it can be really helpful to have someone to talk to. I hold a strong conviction that there is no issue too big or small to justify seeing a therapist.

My approach to therapy

I provide a confidential space in which you’ll receive unconditional support and validation - things we all need, but don’t always get. I have extensive experience providing treatment for anxiety, grief, and trauma to individuals, in addition to other issues. I love to work with adults of all ages.

What you can expect from me

Don’t hesitate to contact me. I provide initial consultations free of charge, and a consultation is not a commitment to anything formal. Additionally, I'm an advocate for making therapy affordable, and will negotiate fees that complement your financial situation. I look forward to meeting you!
