Great to meet you!

First and foremost, I’m a deeply affirming, who welcomes people from all walks of life. Whether you're coming in with long-held pain, current stress, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support you with compassion, honesty, and zero judgment.

I believe therapy should be both empowering and real. While we’ll absolutely dive into meaningful, sometimes difficult work, I also bring a sense of warmth, humor, and yes — a little sass when it helps lighten the load. I'm not a “sit in silence and nod” kind of therapist — I’ll show up with you, engaged, present, and human. My style is direct, honest, and growth-focused. I don’t sugarcoat or enable avoidance—I’ll challenge you, support your progress, and hold you accountable with compassion and clarity.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up as you are — and together, we’ll work toward clarity, growth, and healing in a way that honors your identity and your truth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that healing and growth happen in a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted — and I strive to create that space in every session.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including [e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, solution focused, Gottman, and person-centered therapy], depending on what best supports your goals. I see you as the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you — offering insight, tools, and support as you explore patterns, build resilience, and move toward the changes you’re seeking.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, we'll work together at your pace to create meaningful and lasting progre

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, my primary goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. We'll take time to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll ask some questions to better understand what brings you to therapy, your background, and what you'd like to get out of our work together.

You don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin — starting therapy is a courageous first step, and we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll also explain how I work, answer any questions you may have about the therapy process, and together, we’ll begin to outline some initial goals based on your needs and hopes.

My approach is collaborative and compassionate — this is your space, and you're not in it alone.
