Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I received both my BASW and MSW from San Diego State University in social work. I have a lot of experience working with children, teens, and families. I am skilled in talking to families and individuals about trauma, navigating crisis situations, and working on coping skills and stress management. I approach things with an inquisitive and strength-based lens, and love partnering with my clients to help them find solutions to problems they might be facing. My goal is to create a safe space for all to work on healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I approach things with an open mind and ask questions to get to know my clients as best I can. I use a number of treatment modalities to help clients explore and work through their emotions. I aim to connect to my clients, stay strength based, and remain solution focused to help my clients work through their feelings, tackle problems, and achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

You can expect that in our first session, I will work to get to know you and explore the goals you have for yourself. I want to understand what you have been feeling and any struggles you have been facing, so I can work with you to come up with treatment goals.
