Hello! I have 10 years of experience working in the mental health field with adults of all ages. I currently provide individual and group substance use therapy full time and I am beginning part time private work. I am about the 8 dimensions of wellness and seek to partner with those who feel burned out, depleted, and discouraged.

In sessions, I use motivational interviewing to guide conversation and explore your experiences. There will also be some focus on the relationship between your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.
