Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with more than 13 years of experience

supporting individuals, couples, families, and adolescents from diverse backgrounds. I work with

clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, substance use and recovery, life

transitions, and serious mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in each client’s strengths

and cultural experiences. I aim to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where

clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable exploring their challenges.

My professional background includes community and forensic mental health, crisis intervention,

and supporting individuals living with serious mental illness and complex behavioral health

needs. I also bring extensive experience facilitating substance use recovery and personal growth

groups that offer compassionate support in areas such as emotional regulation, coping skills,

relapse prevention, relationships, communication, resilience, stress management, and self-

awareness.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy can be a welcoming space to better understand yourself, recognize your

strengths, build healthier ways to cope, and make meaningful changes. My goal is to meet you

where you are and support you as you build resilience, strengthen relationships, improve your

emotional well-being, and move toward the life you want to create.
