Great to meet you!

I work with young adults and adults navigating a wide range of challenges — from anxiety, depression, and substance use to trauma, major life transitions, and relationship struggles. My approach is grounded, relational, and person-centered. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real, human connection — a space where you can show up as your full self without fear of judgment. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to make sense of where you are in life, I’m here to support you in that process.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a collaborative, client-centered relationship where your unique experiences and strengths shape our work together. Using evidence-based modalities such as Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I adapt our sessions to best support your unique needs and goals. Together, we will explore personalized strategies for coping with emotional distress, building resilience, and improving your mental health.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, open, and nonjudgmental space where you're invited to be exactly where you are — no pressure to have it all figured out. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and supported from the very beginning.

We'll spend time getting to know each other — talking about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and anything that feels important to share at your own pace. I’ll also ask some questions to better understand your story, your strengths, and the challenges you’re facing, while explaining how I work and what therapy with me can look like.

More than anything, the first session is about building connection and trust. You're not expected to go deep right away or to share anything you're not ready to. I believe in meeting you where you are — with warmth, curiosity, and care.
