Great to meet you!
I believe that life—much like therapy—is about stepping outside your comfort zone, embracing growth, and learning new things that shape new ways of thinking and being.

I believe that life—much like therapy—is about stepping outside your comfort zone, embracing growth, and learning new things that shape new ways of thinking and being.
I take an integrative approach, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), trauma-informed practices, and person-centered therapy techniques to support clients in achieving meaningful change.
During our first meeting, my goal as a clinician is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin to share your story at your own pace. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals and hopes for our work together. I’ll also explain how the counseling process works, review confidentiality, and answer any questions you might have. This session is an opportunity for us to build trust and establish a collaborative plan that feels comfortable and meaningful for you as we begin your journey toward growth and healing.
