Great to meet you!

I’m Sam, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping teens and adults feel seen, supported, and empowered on their personal quest towards their goals. I am nerdy, neurodivergent and part of the LGBT+ community so I have a deep understanding of the importance and struggle with living authentically. I’m here to walk with you as we navigate life’s toughest moments, every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and identity-affirming. I aim for treatment to be grounded in your strengths and shaped around who you are. I provide individual counseling and group counseling, including a Dungeons & Dragons therapy group. I work with clients facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, major life changes, and those times when it feels hard to find your voice.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to be completely interested in learning who you are, what has brought you to where you are in life, and where do you want life to go. We will talk about you...your history, your hobbies, your BFF, your pets, etc. We’ll also collaborate on how I can best help you reach your goals. And if you’re not ready to talk in the first session...that’s okay too!
