Great to meet you!

I am a mom of two littles which is why I run a part time private practice and see clients only during school hours. I have been licensed as a therapist since 2011 and working in the mental health and substance abuse fields since 2009. I have worked in community mental health agencies and in group practices and recently opened up my private practice in 2021.

At this time I only work with adult women for individual therapy and I am not offering couples therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am very client centered and inner child centered. I also like to draw in somatic practices to make sure we are treating the whole body.

What you can expect from our first session

I attempt to make sure a client experiences a decrease in their level of distress that they initially present with during their session; I also try to make sure they have any coping skills they may need to be successful before we meet again. Finally, I try most of all for the client to feel seen and heard by me; above all I want them to feel validated.
