My approach to therapy

Success is connecting to my clients. I want you to truly understand I’m here with you. You will feel like you are talking to a friend. With my past experience, I knew I wanted to become a therapist. I gravitated towards people in a personable way and had an empathetic approach. After spending time in various clinical settings, I knew I wanted to continue on this path. I welcome you on this journey, wherever you are at, we can work together to build strength and I will support you with unbiased guidance!

What you can expect from me

We will have a quick 10 minute assessment to see what your goals are and if we are a good match! After, our first few sessions will be an assessment where I get to know you, and come up with a collaborative plan moving forward. I want to make sure we take time to build rapport, so there is no rush to open up entirely on the first session, unless you feel safe to do so!
