Samantha has experience working with adolescents, teens, young adults, adults and families from an array of backgrounds. Samantha has a wide variety of experiences providing mental health services in areas including anxiety,behavioral issues, oppositional defiant, ADD/ADHD, depression, family conflict, LGBTQIA topics and parenting strategies.
Samantha utilizes a holistic therapeutic approaches to address a range of presenting problems including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strength based approach, mindfulness interventions, family systems, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, humor and a variety of other therapeutic approaches tailored to the individual.
Samantha believes strongly that for client growth, creating a positive rapport and a trusting/safe environment is essential.
